What data this website collects
- Browsing data. We use Google Analytics to learn, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages they read, what kind of device they use and how they arrived. We do not use this information to identify anyone.
- Data you send us. The site has no forms. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the data you choose to give us (for example, your name, phone number, email address and the reason for your enquiry).
The Client Portal is a separate service, reserved for clients, accessed with a personal user account.
What we use it for
To measure and improve the use of the site, to answer your enquiries and, where applicable, to manage our business relationship. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Third-party services
To work, the site relies on the following providers, which may receive technical data about your visit (such as your IP address or browser type):
- Cloudflare, for security and delivery of the site.
- WNPower, which hosts the site.
- Google Analytics, for visitor statistics.
- TradingView, whose market panel is shown on the Market page.
Cookies
Google Analytics stores first-party cookies in your browser (those starting with _ga) to tell visits apart; they last up to two years. The TradingView panel may store its own. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same without them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to [email protected], wherever you are visiting from.
Under Argentine Law No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the data protection rules.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change.
